Mr. Payne also serves as a Director and managing member of Renewal & Recovery Professionals, L.L.C. Mr. Payne has served as chief executive officer for electric power producers, a metal fabrication company, an oil field equipment supplier and a convenience store operator. Additionally, Mr. Payne has served as an operating officer, chief financial officer, trustee or receiver of troubled companies including a gasoline distributor/c-store operator, a specialty chemical company, a golf course/land development company, a residential homebuilder, a coal mining company, a telemarketing/magazine company, a retail embroidery company, a computer retailer and internet service provider.
