Larry L. Perdue ASA, MVS
Mr. Perdue is a Director of Appraisal Services for Business Valuators and Appraisers, L.L.C. Mr. Perdue also is a principal of Asset Appraisal Corporation. He provides appraisals of machinery, equipment, inventory and other tangible assets as well as business brokerage services. In addition to fair market valuations, Mr. Perdue regularly determines liquidation value, replacement cost and insurable value for tangible assets. Mr. Perdue previously worked in equipment rental, sales and management. A graduate of the International Valuation Sciences Institute Masters Program at Lindenwood College, he has published articles and developed valuation methodologies for the FDIC. He is an accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Machinery and Equipment Valuation.
David R. Payne ASA, BV
Mr. Payne also serves as a Director of Appraisal and Brokerage Services for Business Valuators and Appraisers, L.L.C. Mr. Payne has appraised manufacturing businesses, medical practices, energy companies, health care providers, agribusinesses, technology and professional service organizations. Mr. Payne is an Accredited Senior appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuations (BV). Mr. Payne has been retained in various purchase and sale transactions of private businesses and directs the firm’s business brokerage services.
